Almost opaque reddish dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth palate, airy and with reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a mild creamy sweetness. The cherry is ripe and strong and has a very mellow geuezy vibe and a funky vibe. Ripe darker fruits on the smooth finish, some darker berry fruits as well. Smooth finish. All right. Like the cherry and ripe fruit vibe, just not getting any old ale character. More of a mellow aged fruited gueuze.

0,375l bottle at home. Bottled 11/2022. BB 11/2026. light yellow hazy color, small white head. smells flowery, oak, light candy, bit herbal, elder flowers. nice to very nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes elder flowers, earthy, herbal, citric, grassy. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of elder flowers, citrus and flowery notes. good stuff, good to drink, maybe a tad young, rather easy to drink, not the most complex.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is slightly tart fruits, some mild wood, vanilla and mild herbal tones. Flavour is vanilla, some herbs, mild tart fruits, wood and earthy tones.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Gialla acida, torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso bretta, citrica, molto fresca. In bocca è morbida, acidità contenuta, forse un po' corta. Corpo esile, leggermente watery, carbonazione media. Birra da bere a secchiate, rinfrescante, pulita. Ok!

Al naso esteri, leggera banana, malto, speziatura da lievito, leggerissimo bubblegum, agrumato, erbaceo. In bocca è morbida, con buona secchezza, amaro tenue a bilanciare. Corpo esile, carbonazione media. Fresca, non male, anche se andrebbe rifinita.
