750ml bottle. Opalescent, orange, pale golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Funky yeasty and vinous fruity, tangy and minimally woody aroma, notes of grapes, oak, a touch of vinegar. Taste is mildly funky, sweet-ish, vinous fruity, tangy and minimally woody, notes of grapes, some oak, a touch of vinegar. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Fairly complex, very homogeneous, smooth - very good.
