Dark purple color with small pink head. Nice aroma of elderberry juice, and cherry; sour. Good body strength; aggressive acidity, lemon juice, and evident unrestrained raspberry juice. Some lemony astringency in the final, sour blueberries. I was told that it fermented in whiskey cask, and I can’t feel that.

Precise, clean fruit Sour beer; not complex, but also very fruity, and without the flaws that plague most American sours (acetone, acetic acid, pedio...). If this were brewed by any famous American sour brewery, it would get mad reviews.

Update - one year on and this has hit its stride. Much less acidity and better balance with the fruit. Draft - Intense cherry and raspberry. Deep purple and a small white head. Tons of cherry and raspberry with a crazy jarring tartness. Outside of the extreme tart notes, very nice.

On tap at Callister, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small off-white head. Aroma is loaded with tart cherries and raspberries, with subtle wild yeast and a touch of balsamic. Flavour is huge on the tart fruit, with puckering red berries dominating, with mild acidity and some balsamic. The sourness is overwhelming, almost too much to remain elegant. Finishes puckeringly sour and bone dry. It's certainly nice but sacrifices complexity for overwhelming sourness.

On tap at Callister with Ash. Pours an opaque cherry compot color with a weak rose head. Aroma is medium sweet with cherry and raspberry notes. Taste is very dry and sour with no sweetness at all with cherry, raspberry and even some chocolate notes. Very dry and sour aftertaste. I would prefer it to have any residual sweetness, but it is veeery good anyways.

Cloudy to murky, in the Machine tradition, yellow, with small head. Lovely juicy hops aroma, tropical fruit, nectarine, passion fruit. Delicate malt base, then an explosion of juicy hops, ranging from tropical to citrusy, and with some piney resins in the final, and the bitterness is not even evident.
Wonderful juice.

Very cloudy. Thin head. Big orangey hop nose. Very bitter, grapefruit, but also some papaya and grapey notes. A bit yeasty and stewed fruit in the finish, though, detracting just slightly from an overall excellent beer.

On tap at Callister. Pours an opaque clody golden with a white head. Aroma is very juicy with loads of piney hops, slightly dirty. Taste is pretty the same with piney and some fruity bitterness. Slight floral and piney bitterness aftertaste. Very good.

On tap at Callister, pours a cloudy orangey yellow with a small white head. Aroma is pretty dank in the hop department, with lots of dank citrus and piney hops. Flavour is dank and juicy, with lots of juicy citrusy hops, some slight tropical fruitiness and a dry maltiness. No bitterness on the finish, just lovely dankness. Excellent.

Murky light amber color, dull, with barely any head. Nice aroma of hop cones, hop resins. The malt flavor is anonymous, the hop soup provides harsh resins, hop oils, and too strong vegetable (chicory, cabbage) component, for a harsh and unpleasant final (I wish I could give 0).
Selling this is really amateurish, I wish they had the guts to accept that the beer is not good and pull it out.
