On tap at Callister, pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of juicy, dank citrus hops. Flavour is big on dank citrus hops upfront, with a dry biscuity malt backbone and residual astringency. Seems like an attempt to recreate one of Machine's IPAs, but falls a bit short. Still, quite nice.

On tap at Callister. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, piney, skunky and somewhat veggie. Same character taste and aftertaste. A bit dirty, but still good one.

On tap at Callister, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of juicy oranges upfront and moderate tropical fruitiness further back. Flavour is quite sweet and fruity, with lots of tropical fruits, candied fruits, light hop resins, and a big sweet caramel malt backbone overtaking the hops. No bitterness on the finish, just sweet candied tropical fruits. A bit too sweet for me and not as impressive to me as to the two powerful raters who entered ratings below me, but certainly solid.

Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Murky and headless (but one week later is a bit cleaner). Nice aroma, freshly cut wood, lactic acid, lemon, a bit pungent. Low carbonation, the mouthfeel is soft, not weak, with a strong degree of acidity, a lot of lemon character, lightly vinous.
Aggressive, not very elegant, but nice.

Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Cloudy golden color. The aroma is more fruity than dank, the body is quite sweet, nice malt background; plenty of candied fruit, candied pineapple, candied orange peel, and dank hops. Tingling piney resins on the palate. A bit undercarbonated though.
Wonderful.

Very fruity, peachy character. Clean kettle sour. Has a refreshing, light body and good, balanced acidity. It’s nothing that a hundred other brewers haven’t made, but a solid early effort.

On tap at Callister, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice mix of wild yeasts, a little wood, light acidity and a touch of funk. Flavour is complex and cohesive, with lots of wild yeasts dominating, with a lacto quality upfront, with a touch of wood and a hint of dry stone fruit. Soft palate with low carbonation that enhances the lacto feel on the finish. Very nice stuff.
