On tap at Callister. Clody straw with no head. Aroma is sour, fruity, yeasty, with some apricot and peache notes. Taste is pretty the same. Dry, sour aftertaste. Pleasant and refreshing. Interesting.

Cloudy, thin head. Fresh hops, on the nose and palate. Fruity, rounded character, moderate bitterness. Solid pale. Look forward to seeing what else these guys can make.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a pale hazy golden woth a white head. Aroma is fresh, with piney hops and some skunky notes. Taste is not rich, with slight piney bitterness. Good, refreshing.

Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Hazy golden color. Large citrusy, lemony aroma and flavor, maybe Citra, with a crisp body, high drinkability, very light residual sweetness, and great balance. Just a bit weak in the final, if I have to say, but no issues.
Clean, fresh. Great.

On tap at Callister, pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is wonderfully floral and piney in the hop department, with a soft biscuity malt base - smells more forceful, like an IPA. Flavour pretty much confirms this, with dank piney hops, some light tropical fruitiness and crisp biscuity malt. Dry, fairly dank and very pungent in the hops. Excellent.

Gravity dispense at Callister, Vancouver
Hazy dull amber, flat, with no head. Some aroma of lemon and Mead. Some lemon flavor, the lack of carbonation doesn’t seem to play positively here, a bit sticky, and no bitterness (but the acidity balances the sweetness). Not terrible, but I don’t understand why we should want something like this when there are good beer styles, and why a brewer chooses a deservedly forgotten style to begin their professional career. Brew a damn world class Pilsner or IPA if you know how to, first!

On cask at Callister, pours a hazy golden orange with a tiny white head. Aroma is quite tart, full of vanilla, red fruits and light perfume. Flavour is quite tart and vanilla-y, with hugely tart and vanilla-like red fruitiness. Unusual, but it somewhat works. Weird.
