On tap at Farmhouse Festival Vancouver, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is quite tart, with fruit pie, some Belgian yeast and lacto. Flavour is quite tart, with loads of lacto and abrasive citric tartness. A little butter. Light acidity, medium vinegariness. Loads of lacto on the finish. Decent.

Draft - Citrus and some mango. Cloudy gold with a decent beige head. Resin and pithy bitterness. Nice amount of bitterness with a dry finish.
