Description
Brasserie {C} is a microbrewery born on March 1st, 2012 in the heart of the city of Liège. Active in the production of high quality craft beers, Brasserie C has developed the famous Curtius and sells them. The {C} Brewery also aims to launch new beers to explore the range of flavors of the brewing world. In December 2014, Brasserie C developed a stout, the Black {C}, a winter beer. And in May 2018, the Smash {C} arrives, a generously hopped beer brewed from a single malt and a single hop.

Foam: light dirty white unstable foam Colour: hazy to cloudy dark yellow Aroma: spicy and soapy aromas of lemon soap, coriander, sweet malts and white sugar Taste: medium body, spicy, sweet, sugary, coriander, malts, aftertaste is coriander, some banana, sweet and sugary, earthy bitterness, well balanced with a malty sweetness, good drinkability

at ZBF15. Thnx for sharing, people ! Pours rather clear blonde. Smell is bitter and yeasty. Taste is very sharp and intense. Earthy bitterness. OK but lacks a good body and backbone to stand for the hops

Golden, clear. Aroma of floral hops. Quite a sweet, floral, aromatic hop taste. Moderate bitterness.

Dark brown. Bittersweet flavour. Toasty, almost burnt malts. Light cocoa and coffee. Well balanced. Easy to drink.

Sampled @ ZBF 15. Clear golden orange, medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, slightly grassy and slightly citrusy. Again, like the 30 and the 60 this one also has a light herbal hoppyness and herbal bitter in the finish. Decent body and carbonation. Not a lot of difference between those versions imo..
