Bottle shared at the chriso and Ruth pre-Christmas / post-Pigs Ear holiday tasting of 2015 - London. Cheers! Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy, white head. Nice, fairly fresh citrus hop aroma, with undertones of pale bread, tangerine and lemon. Light to medium sweet flavor with light piney spice, more tangerine, meringue, pale bread. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Pleasantly vibrant citrus fruits come through on the finish, more tangerine, some orange, all rounded out by a solid pale malt base. Good IPA.

Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is a strong clean grain, oak, apple skin. Medium mouth, very mild and balanced sourness and fruit, clean, really nice.

On tap at the Beer Baron. It pours a very clear pale yellow color with a small white head. The aroma is bready with gooseberries and white grape. The flavor is very light. Soda water, crackers and subtle notes of grape. Very light bodied with more sweet grape in the finish. On the watery side. Not terrible, but pretty forgettable.

Sample at the Tehachapi Beer & Wine Festival on 07/18/2015: Clear reddish-amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of malt, toffee and mild hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Tropical fruit, malt and hops in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of spiced oranges, grassy hops and toasted malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Pours a clear pale golden color with a thick fluffy white head that diminishes slowly. Sticky patches of lacing on the glass. Grassy hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, ripe fruit and doughy malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit and pine aroma with light caramel. Pine and grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Very good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine lingers with backing caramel.
