Sampled from the tap at the blendery. Pours a clear deep brown with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy dark grains with coconut, chocolate and a bourbon note coming through. Flavor has more coconut with dark grains, slightly sweet chocolate and bourbon backing.
