On my second flight at The Rocket In (the bar inside Whole Foods Market, Laguna Niguel) on 27th March 2025. All four beers looked the same, clear golden bodies with wispy white heads on each, luckily the beers were labelled and tasted different (just). Citrus bite to this one, and more interesting than it's Beachwood stable mate 'Porch Hang' that was also on the flight.

All four beers looked the same, clear golden bodies with wispy white heads on each, luckily the beers were labelled and tasted different (just). Citrus front to this one, crisp and clean tasting. It's OK but I always expect something really interesting from these guys and this wasn't 'special' or 'interesting' compared to most of the beers I've had from these guys.

On a flight at the Whole Foods bar (Rocket-In), Laguna Niguel on 27th March 2025. Son-in-Law Matthew goes to the Gym across the road and I get two flights of four beers in while he keeps fit and drives me back to his place, great system! Clean dark brown body, ruby hue in the sunlight, beige head. This was a very easy drinking and pleasant Dunkel, semi-sweet maltiness balanced with a good dose of hop semi-bitterness. Liked it.
