Many thanks to Taboada for this bottle. Fresh fruity apples with lots of raspberries. Fruity, grainy with a nice fresh raspberry aftertaste. Fruity fresh, not too sweetish.

33cl bottle. A clear yellow golden colour, small white lacing. Aroma of tart dry fruity apples, red fruits. Taste of sour red fruits, dry apples, sulfur. Good!

Pours hazy straw color with thin white head. Aromas of apples, oak, and funk. Slightly tart apple skin flavor with some funk and mustiness. Medium body with almost no carbonation.

330ml courtesy of Taboada. Many thanks! Drunk on New Years Eve 2018. Pours gold with a light mist. Aroma is moderately sweet apple juice, light sour. Taste sees the citric hop notes work in tandem with the fruity sharp, lightly sour apple notes, some bitter skins with a soft bitter acidity. Decent Galician cider.

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 27/10/2018 at "Mash Beer Festival 2018", Barcelona (Spain). Bright orange colour with almost no head. Aroma is raspberry, red berries, barnyard, cherry and wild yeast. Taste is the same with presence of red fruits and yeast. Intense sweet finish. Next one please!

330ml bottle from trade with Taboada. Many thanks! Pours a hazy orange. Aroma has plenty of wild meadow funk and woody orchard mist. Taste build on this with drying, nettley wild funk, sharp measured acidity and gentle cheek-sucking tannins with pleasantly sharp cider apple fruit.

330ml bottle from trade with Taboada. Pours a glowing misty orange. Sour nose. Taste is crisp with soft acidity, nice sour edge, sharp apple fruit, underlying sweetness, dusty tannins, not too rough, quite drinkable. Pretty good.
