Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. watery palate.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear golden, Malty aroma, light herbal hops. Watery, malty flavour, mild hoppy bitterness, a little caramel. Gets a little rough in the finish though.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, hops, grass and has a light bitter finish.

ABV: 5.6%. Clear medium amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, sweet malt, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, grain, sweet malt - caramel, grass, herbs - herbal, light icing sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Klar bernsteinfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, schwach hopfiger Geruch mit Karamell. Geschmacklich malzig mit Karamell, schwach hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, leichter bis mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

75cl swing top bottle. A very dark brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of dark moderate roasted malt, toffee. Taste of mild roasted malt, toffee, chocolate.

Brown. Aroma is unripe coconut, caramel, some other nuts. Taste is harsh bitterness at first, some sweet nut. Not so drinkable.
