23/XI/24 - 33cl bottle as a gift, shared @ home, BB: n/a (ink on the bottle neck has been wiped out?) (2024-1217) Thanks to Bierridder_S for the bottle!

Clear dark brown beer, small aery irregular off-white to beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: acidic, some balsamic vinegar, earthy, soft roast, turpentine, solvents, more vinegar. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish start, a little bitter, roasted, a bit sweet, lots of caramel, pretty fruity touch, red berries, nice! Aftertaste: acidic, some tannins, soft roast, strawberry jam, red currants, pretty acidic, hint of chocolate, bitter touch, very oxidized, earthy, tobacco, leather. Didn’t get any almonds, and practically no cocoa though...

Bottle, harvest 2022. 75 cl bottle, no label, just chalk text on the bottle. Color: Murky reddish brown, beige head. Aroma: Sweet and tart, caramel, candy sugar, floral notes. Taste: More tartness than expected from the aroma. Lemon, apple vinegar, caramel, candy sugar hints, floral notes of leaves. Medium body, below average carbonation. Over medium tart, light sweetness. Astringent and dry-ish mouthfeel. Ok overall.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of grapefruit and dried ginger. Taste adds some grassy hops. Ginger lingers.
