Keg at The Weather Station, Reading. Pours opaque pale purple with a cream cap. Aroma: sweet, light tart, fruity berries. Taste: light berry tartness, moderate sweet (but not overdone), berries, lactose, vanilla. Medium body with soft carbonation. Stuff like this isn't my bag but I found this very drinkable.

Cask at Heidrun HW, 03/02/21. Black with a tan cap that veers to the edge. Nose is coffee bean, sweet malts, maple syrup, chocolate fudge. Taste comprises maple up front, chocolate, dark malts, molasses, sugars, light coffee vibes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent fayre.

On keg at Monty's Bar. Appearance - golden and almost clear, but at least quite bright. Thin snow white lacing. Nose - funky mango and peach. Taste - sour mango and creamy lactose. Palate - nice balance between lactose and sour. Light bodied. Overall - good.

Keg at Brewdog Shepherds Bush, sampled Feb 2017. Pours deep brown towards black with a tan head. Aroma: dark chocolate, coffee, dark berries, lime hints. Taste: moderate sweet, burnt toast, cocoa, floral. Medium body with soft carbonation. A saison/stout hybrid, interesting if slightly odd.

Can from Hoptimism and say 19 of my advent. Hazy deep golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma and taste have buckets of pineapple. Slight vanilla and salt. Smooth full body.

One-third pint, cask, shared with Finn at The Weather Station. Airy white head that laced fine, next-to-clear golden body. Wheat fruity aromas. Taste of doughy citrus and added by a note of biscuit. Ripe fruity ending. Soft on the swallow. Easy going. (Reading 19.11.2021).

One-third pint, keg, shared with Finn at The Weather Station. Film-type layer over a cloudy, pale golden body. Smell of vanilla sweetness. Banana ice-cream like taste profile, milkshake impression. Ends rather sweet. Soft on the swallow. So and so. (Reading 19.11.2021).
