Tap at Salon Piva, courtesy of the brewers. Semi clear golden pour with a white head. It’s a delicate amd inviting combination of grapes, citrus zest, fruit-forward funky brett and light woody notes, it also has a grassy/herbal hint. It’s fairly dry and refreshing. Well made.

22.12.2024. Tap at PlanB. I do not get much puncovy rez, rather general and berryish fruitiness here. Also, since when is puncovy rez sour? This beer fails pretty heavily to connect in any way its name and the actual liquid. Weird. 6,1.
27.12.2025. Tap at Bombovar (pic). Full body, med-light carbo. Med sour, plain lacto. Med-light sweet, sugary. Lack of flavour, vaguely fruity, but basically tastes like nothing. Meh. 5,2.

Tap at PlanB. Lots of spicy phenolic character, also assertive caramelly maltiness. It is a bit hard to tell appart the yeast and spice here, a sufficient level of spiciness is usually not hard to get from yeast alone. But anyway, overall the beer is good for me, although not great. Let your taste decide.

Tap at PlanB. Lots of sweetness, unpleasant artificial hazelnut. The rest of the ingredients are a bit lost to me, overpowered by nuts. I would be pretty curious wth actually happened here. This piece is out of balance.

Tap at Lya. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Grapes and sweetish hibiscus teain the aroma. Dry taste, white grapes, soft herbs, lychee, citrus. Plenty of Nelson, if not precisely shining in combination with the base, good balance.

Tap at PlanB Bratislava. Murky orange body, off-white head. Sharp citric notes in the aroma, but yeasty and malty. Citric taste, but argh, veggies... well hidden alcohol though... Wasn't the happiest, but nice citrus touch at least.

Tap with Gurthnar at Plán B, Bratislava. Murky brownish body, off-white head. Malty, caramelly aroma, bit yeasty. Erm... Yeasty, sweetish, sugary even taste, touch of walnut I guess, more than hazelnut. Spicy, phenolic touches. I get the feeling of trying to space a questionable base with throwing things in rather than intentionally making it like this. Oh well.
