16 oz can. I knew this could potentially be too sweet. Flavor is chocolate, vanilla and very bold maple throughout the sip. Peppers do show and I was hoping would balance it a bit. It really doesnβt. Diabetic shock after 3 oz. Why do I keep buying non BA pastry stouts????

Pour is a hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is a lot of citrus. Flavor is again wheat malt with a big citrus. Pretty good. This has lots of citrus, from what the can does not say but it is flavorful.

Canned 01/25/2025. Murky orange colour, small white head. Sweet overriped tropical fruits in the nose with some sticky notes. Medium-bodied. Flavour is overriped tropical fruits: stonefruit ... apricot. Light tartness. Something went wrong on the way (over 6 months old can).

Aroma of maple, vanilla and plenty of cinnamon. So the stout delivers with what they said. Rich vanilla, deep roast, too much maple, with a bold amount of cinnamon in the finish. Unfortunately, no balance here. After 11 centiliters it becomes to sweet to enjoy. Iβm going to start leaning away from any imperial Stout thatβs not barrel aged.
