Canned 01/25/2025. Murky orange colour, small white head. Sweet overriped tropical fruits in the nose with some sticky notes. Medium-bodied. Flavour is overriped tropical fruits: stonefruit ... apricot. Light tartness. Something went wrong on the way (over 6 months old can).

Aroma of maple, vanilla and plenty of cinnamon. So the stout delivers with what they said. Rich vanilla, deep roast, too much maple, with a bold amount of cinnamon in the finish. Unfortunately, no balance here. After 11 centiliters it becomes to sweet to enjoy. I’m going to start leaning away from any imperial Stout that’s not barrel aged.

0.473l can. Aroma of pineapple, vanilla, biscuit and flowers. Pours cloudy dark golden color with medium sized but quickly diminishing off-white head, fruity residue and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts refreshing citrusy with tons of pineapples, following is mild malty with smooth mouthfeel and tart finish. Medium body, syrupy texture and average carbonation in palate. Fat pineapples…

16 oz. can. Aroma of tangerine and sweet oranges. Flavor is grapefruit, orange, clementine. Soft malt background with low citrus pith bitterness. Hints of pineapple or mango. Very nice Citra & Mosaic marriage!
