16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent local release. Pours very hazy/cloudy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very minimal pine, zesty, herbal, grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors. Slightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness, with no cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 8%. Overall this is an outstanding NEIPA! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshing to drink for the ABV, with the minimal bitter/drying finish. Amazing soft feel. Awesome Simcoe/Azacca hop showcase. Super juicy and lightly dank hop complexity; balanced bready malt backbone, not overly sweet/heavy. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing style example. Liked this more than Launch; which felt like a regular DIPA, but claimed to be an NEIPA. This nails it on appearance/mouthfeel.

Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8%. Overall this is an excellent DIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Hardly an NEIPA as claimed, but a great DIPA. Probably Amarillo, Columbus, Centennial, Chinook, Cascade hops. All citrus/stone fruits. Juicy and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; balanced bready malts, not overly sweet/heavy. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example.
