Beautiful golden and even light ruby tinted body with a thickish, three centimetre tall off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a subtle lace on the sides. Aroma of light wheat, grass, hay, flowers and a good kick of yeast with some ever so small sugars here in the nose. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong malt notes dominate at first with a relatively easy-drinking profile that has a little bit of sugars and a smooth yeast finish and a dash of bitterness, but seemingly from the malts while there there isn't any hops noticeable at all, throughout. Aftertaste is enjoyable and fairly simplistic, in a good way, with only a mild malt kick and a small dose of sugars coming in from stone fruits, with little else, but a smooth and easy-drinking profile. Overall, a very enjoyable and crisp beer with an easy-going profile that has enough flavours and complexity to be enjoyable and very smooth to make it seem like a wheat beer and not a funky off-grain beer, which this is! I sampled this 33 cL pour on draught at Via Balboa in Miraflores, Lima, Peru with my wife and three kids on 06-August-2022 for S./ 12,00 sampled while enjoying a nice meal and a good time in the capital of Peru.

Crisp and ever so slightly hazy golden coloured body with a nice off-white head, only a single centimetre tall. Aroma of fresh grass, a bit of hay, some nice light wheat and a kick of yeast along with some bread with unfinished sugars. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong wheatie flavour up front with a big herbal and grassy kick along with a smooth and easy-drinking profile that brings out a little yeast, but the malts are very smooth and easy-going. Aftertaste shows some lighter citrus and banana components, with some yeast and subdued caster sugar notes with even a dash of honey, but not much else here - this is just smooth and a touch rich from all the wheated malts. Overall, a nice and super easy-going beer that has some soft components and a dry, but mellow flavour that has more yeast and bread than anything else of substance here. Nice to sample and a good option for the hot days here in Peru, and I felt like it was one of them here in the middle of Winter! I sampled this 33 cL bottle, purchased from Tambo [convenience store] in Miraflores, Lima, Peru on 06-August-2022 for S./10,20 sampled on the streets of Miraflores, Lima, Peru with my wife and three kids on 06-August-2022, while on vacation.
