slightly hazy golden color. Decent carbonation a but like apples and peach crumble on the palate. Heavier body than usual. Hops feel a bit stale. Very mediocre 13

Pours a clear pale golden color with a thin bright white head that evaporates quickly to a film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of wheat, fruit and malt. Light body with flavors of floral wheat, fruit and biscuit malt. The finish is wheaty with a fruity aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Infected, I guess. Bubbly, spontaneous fermentation-style carbonation, and sour funky overtones on the nose. Caramel malts, some grapefruit and pine hops, underlined by horseblanket and lemon. I know this isn’t a wild IPA, so it’s a QA issue. Not undrinkable, but this can’s a mess.

Aroma of roast malt, whiskey, fruit and oak. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky whiskey, charred malt, blueberry and chocolate. The finish is oaky with a whiskey and malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
