Description
We’re an experimental brewery, where we create small batch ales that let the wild, funky and maddening flavors of beer converge. Here, we believe that microbes are magical and taste is transcendent. That’s why we constantly work to revive old-world recipes, research ingredient combinations and experiment with new techniques to give you a higher quality beer experience.

Pours a hazy, deep red, with minimal head. Aroma is citrus, lactic acid, and berry. Flavor is tart rainbow sherbet, with just enough sweetness to balance out the sour. Very tasty stuff...

Can. Pours a hazy dirty yellow with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy mango and slightly sweet citrus with a light sweet grain backbone. Flavor has earthy and slightly sweet citrus with a touch of tropical fruit coming through.

The Aromas are dark malt, unsweetened cocoa, tree bark and funk. Flavors on the other hand are definitely sweet, offset by some bitter and low carbonation. Also some qualities that don't quite mesh.

Straightforward pils, but a good one, with a tasty mix of semisweet grain, straw, and a little apple and lemon, followed by yeast and a gentle floral streak on the back end. Finishes with a touch of bread and bitterness. Creamy texture makes it too easy to kill a can. Nice pint.

Can to tulip glass thanks to Lance! Sweet mole and chocolate aroma. Pours black and inky with no head. Flavor highlights the nuttiness. Dry finish and a slight bit of ash. Really sweet, and the alcohol shows as moderate heat. Enjoyed this, although the sweetness makes a 16 oz tough to get through.
