Tap @ Yachats Brewpub, Yachats, Oregon. Pours a misty golden yellow, small patchy white bubbles atop. Aroma is woody, soft yeast. Taste is woody with an odd wild herbal side. Not too appealing. Such a contrast to the explosive mixed ferm saison I tried alongside this.

Tap @ Yachats Brewpub, Yachats, Oregon. Pours misty golden yellow, medium white head. Super bright wild mixed ferm nose. Taste presents bright, super vibrant mixed ferm complexities that complement the subtle saison yeast presence extremely well. Really did not expect this from a road side stop-off. Very good.

Crowler shared at Zack's Epic Tasting. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that quicky dissipates. Light hay and apple aromas with some lemon. Flavor is more of the same with some creamy yogurt character. Tart, but not overly so. Fairly easy drinking with a lingering lemon, green apple finish.

Bottle thanks to Toby. Pale golden pour with small white head. Aroma is yeasty and savory. Taste is also dominated by the yeast, some light zesty spicy accents too. On the lighter side of the spectrum
