very hazy pale yellow colour, huge off-white head; aroma of overripe peach, some tropical fruits, bread, biscuit notes, barnyard, earth and Belgian yeast;taste is the same with very intensive carbonation; correct saison

Bardzo smaczny chmielowy saison. Nie wiem czy ekologiczne jest to piwo ale sprawia wrazenie bardzo swiezego aromatu cytryny, skorki pomarańczy i zwłaszcza limonki. Smak kwaskowy cytrusowy, ananas i swieza trawa lub młody zielony jeczmien. Piwo zolte jaskraw i metnawe, a piana spora i bardzo trwala.

(Draught at Delirium Tap Bar, Brussels, 18 Oct 2015) Hazy golden colour with dense, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with peaches, canned fruit, pears and hay. Malty, fruity taste with notes of wheaty malt, dried fruit, grass, bread and a balanced grassy, spicy bitterness. Almost full body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Towering, ultradense and -fine, just yellowish head, obstinately stable and leaving textbook lace over pale golden, faintly veiled yellow-golden beer. Spicy, to me EU-hoppy nose, herbs, grain alternatives. Ironoxyde in the head. Taste swerves to more aromatic characteristics, with a quite bitter finish, revealing the true origin of the hops (NS). Finish is even a bit metallic. Faint fruity notes (green melon, starfruit). Very creamy head keeps oiling the mouthfeel. Spritzy beer, slick, dry-ish. Not half bad. Pity the N.S. remains rather hidden, certainly in the nose.

BIO Beer. Bardzo bardzo dobre piwo. Zacznijmy od zapachy ktory przypominal mi ziola w ogrodku bazylie, kolendre tymianek i oregano. W smaku bardzo wytrawne, gozkie i gryzace, troche jak herbata z pokrzywy. Zbozowe akcenty wyczuwalne, widok to piekna czapowata i slimakowa piana ze spora dawka metnosci. Piwo jasno zolte, fajnie musujace na poczatku. Metoda Dry-hopped wniosla tu niesamowita wytrawnosc a goryczka towarzyszy przez caly czas degustacji i dlugo, dlugo po niej. BIO is the Best.

Clear golden pour with a nice white head. Smells of herbal hops, yeast, lemon zest and honey. Tastes of honey, lemon, white bread, bananas. Refreshing and delicious.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy yellow-golden, huge creamy head. Splendid aroma of fragrant fruit, peaches and white grapes, some herbs and lemon rind, honey sweetness. The taste has the same hops - fruit, lemon, gentle lemony sweetness that turns into a light herbal bitterness. Again, not a saison, but a top notch pils. Excellent.
