Fast gone yellow head over faintly hazed pale amber beer. Caramel, greenery, some arachide. Malt, toasted malts, soem sweetness with just a little (milk)chocolate, parsley. Ever so slightly burning MF, quite carbonated, slick. Rather little "other grain" character. Quite easy-drinking for its not unimportant ABV. Bit dangerous to be considered as a "quaffing ale".

Hazy amber with a tiny beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, soap, lavendar and peach. Flavour likewise. Slight alco burn towards the medium dry finish.

Bottled. Very carbonated when opened. An unclear yellow beer with a huge fluffy off-white head. The aroma has notes of lemongrass and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of spices - lemongrass, coriander, and more on a lightly malty back ground, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with floating impurities and a lively, frothy rough white head - comes gushing. Rather sophisticated and perfumy hop aroma - exotic fruits. Medium body, very fruity - again fresh exotic fruits - some phenols and a delicious hoppy finish. Nice one - apart from the gushing.... 080210

Hazy dark straw. Floral, perfumey aroma with spicy orange skin hop. A little fizzy, but with moderate bitterness and more orange spicy hop with heavy-handed perfumey yeast.

Light gushing to huge yellowish head irregular over well-carbonated paler foxy beer. Fatty acids, craydust, and a point of spices, including dry gingerpowder. Very sharp spiced flavour, with a liqueurish character, including a short sweet upsurge. Some vegetable (broccoli?). Quite sharp, nearly astringent MF, very carbonated to fizzy; long dry aftertaste. I could see some people rather liking this. It isnβt however, my idea. Neither is it what I have in mind in the case of "tripel", but that is of lesser importance.

Bottle from La Maison Belge in Puerto de la Cruz, Canary Islands. The beer is a cloudy golden orange color with a medium thin off-white head that recedes steadily. Rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast and fruits along with some grassy hops. Medium body with flavors of fruit, grainy malt, yeast and hops. The finish is fruity with a lingering yeast aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
