Bottled@fonefan. Yellowish golden colour with not too much head. Aroma is fruits, some honey, mild spices and earth. Flavour is honey, nectar, some alcohol as well a some mild notes of plastic pipe.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Pours thick and golden yellow with no head. Aroma is glue and slight detergent, yet also herbal honey. Sweet, candy and floral to pollen. Smooth and lingering sweet fruity finish.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top. [ As Braumanufaktur Honigmet ].ABV. 11%. Clear light medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy honey, apple notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, fresh honey, summer honey, vanilla - apple. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat to soft. Bottle. bought in berlin. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Greenish yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy and very sour (nice) aroma. Light bitter very sour and cheasy flavor. Oily palate. Nice Berliner weisse.
