Golden blonde, thin dense white head, clear, good lacing
Aroma - Getting the NZ hops, grapefruit zest, tropical fruits, dry zesty hops, sweet citrus malts
Taste - Quite grassy hop, soft light sweet pale malts, getting a slight dry weedy taste, obvious dry hopping, bit unbalanced, not quite as good as the normal Happy Chappy
Palate - Medium body, bit oily. Finish as main flavour, quite dry zesty hoppy finish, bitter linger
Overall - Good fresh hop aroma but the flavour didn’t quite match the aroma. It was still an above average ale, but not at the dizzy heights of the other super beers in the range

Pours a dark brown with thick white head. Aroma of light chocolate and citrus, mostly grapefruit. Hoppier than I thought. Taste has good roast notes, and more hops. Lacks the mouthfeel of a stronger beer, but good neverless.

50cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours opaque black with a big creamy head. The nose has chocolate orange - nice. Quite like a Black IPA. The taste has more of the citrus hops, then heading into dark malts to chocolate and finishes quite dry malty and astringent. The palate has lots of flavour but doesn’t really have depth of flavour. Overall, really good - considering it’s low alcohol.

Draft. It pours hazy orange-amber with a medium white head. The nose is full of fresh tropical fruit and citrus....orange, tangerine, mango, lemon and grapefruit. The taste is clean, orange, tangerine, mango, grapefruit, bold bitterness and underlying sweetness with a dry, bitter finish. Light to medium body and fine carbonation. Brilliant flavour given the percentage, with plenty of bright citrus fruit. Delicious and very drinkable. Great stuff!

Keg at BrewDog Shoreditch - London. Pours clear good with a tight, creamy white head. Aroma carries some bright grapefruit, tangerine and lemon. Light sweet flavor with plenty of dry, lightly pithy citrusy hops, mellow bitterness, mild pale malt sugars. Light bodied with average to lively carbonation. Clean finish with more dry grapefruit, very light sweetness. Easy drinking but not super characterful.

Appearance: Murky golden body with a thin white head. Lively carbonation. Light lacing.
Taste: Sharp citrus burst of sherbet grapefruit. Slightly woody. This is really hoppy and flavoursome.
Palate: Thin to medium body with a watery mouthfeel. Nice carbonation fizz.
Overall: A delicious beer - and only 3.5% ABV. Well done, Cromarty.

Tasting at ChrisO’s. Light haze on this gold beer. Big off white head. Light crisp palate. Light malt cream - good fresh tasting hops. Fairly lemon floral - a bit Sorachi Ace like. Light skunk and citrus. Light dry finish. Second best beer of the day I think.

Cans from Cork & Cask and Great Grog. Hazy pale golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma of tangerine, white wine and flower petals. Flavour of white grape, lemon jelly and grapefruit. Thin to medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Light and subtle.
