500mL bottle, undated, drunk 8/2/21. Clear, brassy-golden with plentiful carbonation producing a small, minimally-retained, white head. Soft and even barrel character producing straightforward lactic and various mineral notes with tannins seemingly keeping it quite balanced with the acidity. Cracker/biscuit malts seem very highly attenuated and there is no alcohol or flaw. Strong nectarine/peach-like fruitiness from the wild yeast with very gentle lactic acidity behind it. Soft, wheat-like grains and tannins keep it from being any where near punchy. Maltiness is soft and comforting with gentle honey-like notes added. Peachy fruitiness with very mild lactic acid all the way through the glass. Gentle, flavorful and elegant.

Illegible canning date, from cooler, drunk 7/28/21.
Clear golden-straw, white head shows moderate retention.
Hay and cereal-forward nose is enjoyable, with very soft minerals and lightly herbal hop notes to balance. Attenuation seems good and there are no flaws or alcohol noted.
In the mouth it's soft and malty and well-attenuated. Cereal grains, mineral and a gentle, but appropriately balancing hop bitterness on the end adds floral and pepper notes. Pretty straightforward and solid all around.
