Draught at Fermentoren Aarhus. Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Tart fruity aroma with citrus, wheat malts, yeasts, peppers, dry wooden notes. Subtle vinegar. Taste is sour. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes tart fruity with apples, lemons and yeasts. Nice and complex.
