Can, from City Swiggers cooler, drunk 1/15/22. Hazy bronze. Big, white head. Falls slowly. Getting pretty tired of kveik yeast ... Bubble gum, pepper, sulfur. Sulfur, light pine. The beer itself is soft and well attenuated but I'm just so tired of these yeasty flavors. Booooo this man.

750ml bottle from Tavour. This was pretty cool - like a table beer, very low ABV. Crisp and zesty. Very cool

500 ml bottle from Tavour, 11/2/21. Clear yellow, fizzy white head. Funky, lemon, pepper, other spice, and grass. Tingly, somewhat dry. Mostly funky, but there's a light tartness as well. Nicely done. 7/4/8/3/16

Undated can from Fort Point Market fridge drunk one day after purchase, 10/26/21. Crushed pineapple and light tangerine, with hints of lemon, light herbs and pepper on the end. Rustic grains, very high attenuation, seemingly, and plentiful lingering citrus and mild pine. Wonderful house minerality gives it a farmy feel and there's no bubble gum, twang, booze or other flaw noted. Flavor starts out pretty reserved/subtle but juiciness begins to creep in and never lets up. Malt is soft, well-attenuated, substantial, eventually building up somewhat on the palate as plentiful honey. Bitterness never lets it get too sweet, however. Tangerine, peach, pine, cannabis, pineapple. Really interesting and even though I don't love Strata or MI Copper, the beer is just so well done as to not be able to not really love it.

Bottle from the source: pours hazy light gold with a white head. Funky aroma, fruity hops, basements. Taste is sweet, tart, not acidic, smooth. Good.
