Aroma of malt, wheat, banana, chocolate, smoked bacon, and some taste I can’t identify so it must be the tea. Flavour is malty sweetness, quite sweet, with a smokey finish. I’m not terribly crazy about this, but it is definitely an interesting brew.

Loads of cinnamon. Cacao, light roast. Thin body. Black pour with mocha head and lacing. Light bitter end but really just kind of fails. Can from Courthouse Brew Shop advent calender.

An at home. Dark brown pour and fine beige head. Nose is burnt peanuts and chocolate. Tastes of chocolates, char, peanut, lactose. Sweet too much so finish

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Aroma is roasty with dark malt, caramel, notes of chocolate, hints of coffee and tobacco. Flavour is medium sweet with a roasty bitterness. Body is medium. I'd like a little more body, but besides that I can't fault this fine Porter.

Can from Filet & Vine, Montgomery. Golden with an aroma of citrussy hops, citrus, grass, orange, light weedy notes, and soft pale malt. Modest bitterness, medium body. Nicely hopped Golden, lots of citrus.

Can from Beer Republic. Aroma is tart raspberry with salty and wheaty notes, some lemon . Flavour is tart and a bit salty with some sweetness as well. Body is light. Pretty nice raspberry Gose.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is lots of peanut with caramel, dark malt, toffee, touch of fudge, peanut butter, milk chocolate, candy bar. Sugary sweet flavour with a moderate roasty bitterness. Body is medium, would have benefited from more creaminess. Fun stuff, bit artificial.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is strong beany coffee with roast, cocoa powder, espresso, mocha, milk chocolate. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a medium creamy body. Such a nice coffee aroma. The body of Coffee Porters/Stouts like this one seems too light for my taste (I want that chewy mouthfeel), but the creaminess compensates.
