Bottle at a tasting. Resemblant of milk stout, there is a sweetness that almost seems artificial, while the body seems rather thin. Roadtiness is present and assertive at that, coffee. Good.

Bottle at a tasting. Slightly salty, lime lemon citrusy elements. Thin bodied, high carbonation, easy drinking. Lacks a bit of complexity and finesse though. Good.

500mL capped bottle poured into a can shaped glass. Very pale color, hazy. Not sure what Tasmanian pepper berries are but they don’t taste like peppers or berries. So, that was a bit disappointing. But I generally like the gose. It reminds me of my homebrewed gose. Its alight beer with a very soft lacto character. Tastes like slightly sweet coriander, which is herbal citrus. Light tartness and a full body for a light beer, if that make sense. So, many poor goses around and this one isn’t. Natural beer (no kettle lacto) with lots of coriander.

Bottle. Clear gold with a large white head. Aroma of mandarin and passionfruit, hay. Some grapefruit too. Light bodied, (too) fizzy. Very nice fruity hops, slightly biscuity, moderate bitterness that’s high enough given it’s fairly dry and doesn’t have a lot of body. Fruity but very much savoury. No caramel. I assumed this was just a tweak of the old Sideways PA, but it is indeed more than that. Good.
