Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, brown sugar, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration, burnt sugar bitter, caramel, brown sugar, malty, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20150106]

Dark brown to semi-black in the bottle. a 1 finger espresso color head that fades slowly with some sticky lacing. Aroma is roasted chocolate with a little bit of green pepper. Taste is weird. it’s like chocolate and coffee and roasted malt but like diluted with water and tea. decent mouthfeel. not a fan

Clear dark brown beer, creamy beige head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, cow fodder, some caramel, banana, sweet, sugary. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet, very malty, yeast, some banana. Aftertaste: banana, yeast, very malty, cow fodder. Mediocre at best.

Schöner malzig-floraler Antrunk. Tolle leicht herbe Malznote zusammen mit einer dunklen, leicht nach Pinie und Harz schmeckenden Hopfennote, die dem leicht rot-süßlichen Malzkörper eine sehr schön florale Leichtigkeit verleiht. Weich-karamellig, frisch aromatisch und sehr süffig. Toll!
