Un fruité qui fait ressortir de fortes notes de banane, des malts caramélisés, des esters de fruits confits et de très faibles épices sous forme de cannelle.
Un filet de mousse pétillant et éphémère.
Un liquide ambré profond et cuivré parfaitement limpide.
Malts chaleureux en entrée de bouche avec accents caramélisés et miellés avec une bonne composante d’alcool.
Épices sous forme de poivre.
Fruité aux allures de banane.
Houblons terreux et épicés.
La composante maltée arrondit le corps.
La carbonatation est moyennement élevée pour une Nord-Américaine mais encore en deçà des standards Belges.
Une Tripel assez particulière.
Ronde, maltée avec esters de banane assez prononcés.
Pas le type de Tripel traditionnelle disons.
Mais quand même goûteuse.

Canned 473ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Murky yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy, tropical fruits and light alcohol in the nose. Sweet malty, tropical fruits, citrus, light alcohol and notes of grapefruit in the finish. Light juicy and surprisingly easy drinkable for TIPA.

A deep dark stout with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light bourbon barrel notes, woody notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, woody notes, alcohol warmth, light licorice, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A dark reddish hazed copper barleywine with a very thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light vinous character, alcohol warmth, light treacle, pleasant. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with fruity esters, light banana, alcohol warmth, closer to a Dubbel. On tap at brewery.

A hazed milky yellow orange DIPA with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, loads of tropical fruits, light citrus, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

A golden lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with light peated notes, light cereals, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with light peated notes, light cereals, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Big bold punchy fruity with lots of tangerine and pineapple, mango and lychee, sitting upon a sweet dense soft sweet malty backbone, warming fruity hoppy lingering finish. Gorgeous.
