Bottle 500ml. @ home.Murky - muddy medium gey amber color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, dusty, light caramel, moderate yeasty, prune and raisin notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery . creamy, carbonation is soft. [20101003]

Draught at the brewery tap. Clean and light in flavor and color. Lightish malts, some grassy hops. Easy to drink but bland and undistinguished. No off flavors, just bland.

Draught at the brewery tap in Augsburg. Technically good enough, no major faults, drinkable and smooth but very unimpressive. Neither tart nor fruity, lacking in flavor and lacking in aroma; really quite bland. It was drinkable, but bland, without much spice or ester.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Moderate malty and hoppy nice aroma. Moderate bittter nice grassy flavor. Average light bitter finish. OIly palate. Nice german standard beer.
