650mL bottle, pours a cloudy amber orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out gentle botanicals, with some juniper, and subdued earthy hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with botanicals, herbal hops, and biscuity malt. Lightly tart, with gin-like finish.

Sweet and sticky with citrus peel and herbal gin notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Woody and herbal with some fruity notes. Bitter finish, but nice.

On tap at Grizzly Paw, pours a deep dark reddish brown / near-black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out sherry-like oxidation upfront, with lots of caramel and dark dried red fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of sherry-like oxidation, dark dried red fruits, and caramel. Really malty and complex. Excellent.

On tap at Grizzly Paw, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out piney hops upfront, with toasted biscuity malt on the underside. Flavour is along the same lines, with crisp piney hops, dry biscuity malt and a bit of a grassy bite. Piney and biting, with a dry finish. Clean and well-made. Solid.

On nitro tap at Grizzly Paw, pours black with a huge, cascading tan head. Aroma brings out gentle cocoa upfront, with toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is smooth, with gentle dry cocoa, toasted oats, and some earthy notes. Dry, smooth and easy. Decent.

On tap at Grizzly Paw, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with yogurty notes, with some floral dry hopping accentuating the yogurt. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of yogurty lacto upfront and gentle floral dry hopping. Pleasant and refreshing. Simple but decent.
