ABV: (10.5%). Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, blueberries, barrel - bourbon - vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, blueberries, chili warm, sweet malt, dark malt, chocolate, barrel - vanilla - bourbon. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20220205]

ABV: 5.0%. Murky medium to light red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pineapple, cherry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, cherry, pineapple, cream - vanilla, tart notes. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20220205]

Can from Beer Gonzo. It pours hazy bright cherry red with a small white head. The aroma is malty upfront... cracker, kitty litter, bread and rivita, then it goes fruity and tangy, cherry and pineapple, maybe some raspberry. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, sweet - sour, juicy, sharp, zingy, sherbet, raspberry, strawberry, cherry, pineapple chunks, sherbet, refreshers, mouth puckering action, minerality and some tannin with a dry, fruit cocktail finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Super easy going fruity sour. Fun stuff.

Bomber from BrewCavern. It pours opaque black with a dense dark tan head. The aroma is intense vanilla upfront, bright and fresh, toasted marshmallow, rich roasted malt, chocolate ice cream, milky coffee, cookie dough, warming spice, cinnamon, rocky road, coffee, touch of dark fruit, cherry dipped chocolate and gateaux. The taste is slick, rich roasted malt, chewy, toothy, big vanilla, toasted marshmallow, warming chilli spice which lingers, peppery, charred, plenty of chocolate, chocolate ice cream thick gateaux action, cake frosting, big hit of coffee, rocky road and a touch of alcohol warmth with a slick, warning spicy finish. Fulsome body, fine carbonation and oily, slick mouth feel. Has to be one of the best, spiciest beers... The spice carries the sweetness. Good depth of flavour. Moreish and far more drinkable that it outta beer.
