Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22. Light black with a tan cap that veers edgewards. Nose is charr, roast malts, dried fruits, liquorice. Taste comprises mellow roast, toffee, cocoa sprinkle, light salt kiss. Medium body, moderate carbonation, drying close. Not bad.

28/2/2020. Cask at the Leicester Beer Festival 2020. Pours clear dark ruby brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of wood, roasted malt, chocolate and berries. Moderate sweetness and light to moderate bitterness. Slight watery oily texture and soft to flat carbonation.
