This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-pale burnt orange color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off at a decent pace to leave some light stringy lace.
The aroma had a soft tropical fruity hop base gently guiding the malts to a further sweetness in a clean eloquent sort of way.
The flavor brought the hops to the malts sweetly and gave off a smooth sweet guiding little aftertaste. Finish was somewhat long and malty.
The palate was about medium bodied, perhaps just a touch under with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, pretty good APA that I could have again.

Can. Pours cloudy yellow golde, medium creamy white head, great lacing. Aroma is tropical, stonefruit, guava, passionfruit. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, juicy, tropical stonefruit. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Excellent - well above expectations, frankly.

Poured into a mug, the appearance was a dark brown color with a finger’s worth of tan foamy head. Light messy lace.
The aroma takes on a combination of roasted coffee beans, vanilla bean, and some milk chocolate.
The flavor, once again, blends all of the previously mentioned aromas - sweet to roast for a fantastic balance. Nicely done smooth sweet to roasty aftertaste strolling into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation and ABV both felt right where they’re supposed to be.
Overall, nicely done stout well worthy of having again.

Poured into a nonic pint glass, the appearance was a glossy to ruddy pale yellow almost orange color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a decent pace. Sly lace, ends up sliding right on into the beer.
The aroma had a nice fresh spruce/sweet pine to sweet wheat encompassing a nice flow from the wheat to some extra citrusy pulpiness.
The flavor pretty much copies the aroma spot on. Subtle sweet gliding sprucy/needle-like to citrusy pulpy aftertaste flowing right on into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Low carbonation with a fresh appropriate ABV seemingly hitting the spot.
Overall, worthy of having again and many more pours. Wishing my buddies wouldn’t just bring this stuff to me, as I’m hoping I get to go here some day.

The aroma had some roasted coffee beans and chocolate malts with a semi-balancing bitter edge of some grassy hops. Just a touch of vanilla and a slight woodiness comes about.
The flavor leads with the roasty and sweet aromas strolling into the aftertaste and briskly into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. Decent carbonation. ABV seemed to come close to what the brewer projected.
Overall, nicely done porter worthy of having again if I could get it.

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a dark red almost dark brown/black sort of color. Nice finger’s worth of white foamy head with slow dissipation. Light lace.
The aroma centers around a nice blend of malty sweet toffee/caramel malts to citrusy hops with a dried floral crispness.
The flavor does a good job blending the malts to the hops, sweet to bitter with a decent sharpness about it. Malty to hoppy sort of aftertaste. Quick semi-dry malty sort of finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation. ABV felt fine for what was projected.
Overall, pretty good amber ale worthy of having again.

Draught at the brewery, 11/5/16.
Dark, ebony body of undetermined clarity with a light-tan head atop showing moderate retention.
Strong, ash and char-tinged roast in the nose shows dark, baker’s chocolate and hints of light caramel and vanilla behind it. Very clean, very well-attenuated and with a highly flavorful roast character that is bitter and lightly fruity but offset by just enough residual sugar. Pumpkins completely fermented out, unsurprisingly, so no pumpkin flavors, but a very solid, clean, drinkable stout.

Cloudy, with lots of hop particulate floating around the bottom and a lime/brass-tinted golden body with a medium-sized white head showing strong retention.
Juicy indeed though not quite as much Galaxy as expected. Again, with all Tilted Barn beers, there’s a pervasive softness that runs through them, with lots of particulate softening (and sometimes dulling) the flavors. Peach, mango, strawberry and very light on the resin, with a good malt sweetness yet still nice attenuation. Tight, low carbonation, very rustic, highly unfiltered and with a good deal of mineral, yeast, hop particulate.

Thoroughly hazy, blonde-golden-flax colored body is topped by a medium-sized white head showing moderately-strong retention.
Very interesting nose and nothing like expected. I get an almost holly-like spiciness, lots of dry conifer mixing with woody character and light pepper. Was expecting a big nectarine-peach-mango character from the Vic’s secret, but really it’s hard to tell it’s even there. Must be due to it only being used in the dry hop (the base beer is centennial and cascade, I believe...two C-hops, anyways). Lots of grain, mineral, dryness and light honey, but very dry, crisp and quenching. Could use a bit more malt softness/sweetness, but it is just a 5% blonde ale, so I don’t think it’s that big of a deal. A bit of lingering astringency/spicy hop character.

Moderately to heavily hazy, pale-golden with strong hay tones and a sizeable white head showing moderate to moderately high retention.
Light grains and moderately dank greenery fill the nose with lightly juicy hops, but it’s not a glass of orange juice. Like the Eureka series, somewhat, though less focused and aromatic. Lemons, grass, moderate citrus and dry grainy, wheat-like notes are very pleasant and the beer is soft, dry, lightly juicy, clean and full of fresh mineral character in the mouth. No alcohol or flaw noted.
