Bottle at ZBF09. Very weak aroma, I cannot detect any cherries or sourness at all. Hazy deep red colour. Small stable dark pink head. The flavour is very sweet, some marcipan and a little vitamin pill. The finish is dry, like sugarfree softdrink.

On tap at In de Wildeman. Clear amber colour, off white head. Faint aroma of toasted malts, nuts, a hint of grain. Flavour is dry, a little nutty, caramel, biscuits. Fine but lively carbonation, dry yeast bitter finish, making this a nice refreshing Belgian ale. So far the best Belgian Amber I’ve had.

Bottled. Bright purple, minimal head. Saccharine aroma. Oversweetened artificial cranberry juice with rock hard mouthfeel. There is nothing even remotely enjoyable, and with it’s extreme sweetness it’s both unbalanced and awkward to drink. Drain pour.

Bottled. Muddy pale yellow. Aroma of severely overripe bananan and ammonium. Fizzy and ludicrously sweet with plenty of highly unpleasant artificia sweetener and a very powerful nd unexpected flavour of goat cheese. It’s not really mild goat cheese ever, but the most rustic musky sweaty hardcore chevre you’ve ever tasted. Completely bizarre beer. I like goat cheese, but this is ridiculous.

Bottled. Hazy golden, no head. Honeyish nose. Sweet and crystallic with crystalli rock hard mouthfeel. In this inhospitable environment no flavours seem to blossom. Finishes joyless without bitterness.

A hazy blonde to yellow ale with a thin white head. Aroma of cotton candy and banana puree. In mouth, extremely sweet alcopop, like cream soda with bananas in it. Not a beer....Bieropholie import.
