Description
Established in 2005 and bottling since 2008. Headed by Phil and brewed by Rob, we’re a small team brewing a wide range of beers in cask, keg, bottle and can. Along with a core offering we also have seasonal brews and a one off brew range called ‘New Tricks’. Experimental recipes are run through our small batch kit before trying them out on the main kit and releasing them to the masses. Some of these have proved so popular that they’ve graduated to our core range.

Handpull cask at Broood@Vin Quatre, Leicester. Mid-brown, only slightly translucent. Smattering of off-white head and a fair bit of lacing. Astringent hops on the nose, with light chocolate and oak flavours. Full bitter taste with unrelenting bittering hop to the fore, with a long and slightly fruited bitter finish. I am a bit surprised by previous rates as I quite enjoyed this.
