Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Clear amber color, small white to off-white head. Smell and taste sweetish, malts, a touch of raisins, dark fruit, hint of yeast, hint of alcohol. Medium body and carbonation. Hmm well, not bad at all, quite nice.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Barlingbo Gröinar Påsköl ].[ Trade by omhper ]. Clear dark red brown color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, smoke, burnt sugar - caramelized sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, malt - smoke bitter, wood dry, burnt sugar, light roasted - toasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150603]

Bottled@PBF X. Hazy deep amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, some spruce, mild nutmeg, marzipan and some herbal and juniper like notes as well. Flavour is alcohol, some spices, mild parfumed soap, quite burnt sugary notes with mild yeast as well assome wooden notes.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, mold, herbal - grain. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity. Svart med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter kakaobønner, lett røkt lukt og noe kaffe. Middels fyldig, lett søtlig smak, kakaobønner og noe røkt. Lite bitterhet. Lite kullsyre.

Bottle shared at the chriso Easter 2015 tasting - London. Thanks, R-dog. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a creamy white head. The nose holds wheat bread, light yeast, citrus. Medium to big sweet flavor with mellow citrus, minerals, hay, wheat. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Sugary finish with more wheat bread. So so.

Bottle from systembolaget Visby. Pours brownish orange. Sweet aroma of juniper wood. Sweet and full bodied, taste of juniper, carrots and some orange. Hint of tartness. Quite drinkable for a "traditional ale".

Bottle. Pours clear brown, with a finger thick creamy head. Aroma is nice roasted malts with grain, as well as chocolate and herbal bready notes. Light to medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet roasted malts with grain and chocolate, as well as herbal aniseed, kandi and coffee notes. Very balanced and drinkable.
