Has an okay head and a medium gold body. Aroma is dry and sour hops, slight grains. Taste is smooth and dry, a few bread notes and a soft hoppy finish. Not bad for a pils.

Bouteille (de Quack-Duck!): Deep golden, clear, smaller lacy white head, buttery-bready nose (caused by honest oxydation) with a nice hoppy background; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, soft, malty base detectable; lingering hoppy and pale-malty finish. Quelle surprise! Une vraie biere boheme, produit en Alsace.......

bottle from Super U Gambsheim. Clear amber-golden colour, mid-sized white head. Hoppy nose. Medium-bodied, solid malty base with hints of honey and herbs. Lovely Strisselspalt hops are present and give the beer a special character, capturing the Alsace. A very nice beer from a relatively new brewery.

bottle from Super U Gambsheim. Cloudy pale yellow, large white head. Aroma of wheat and mint. Light, wheaty and slightly malty with some spices (clove), vanilla and mint. Mint ist definitely present, complementing the refreshing style of the beer very well. An unusual interpretation of the style (witbier, not golden ale).

Medium white head. Deep yellow, almost brassy, body. Spicy citric resiny aroma, fairly anonymous. Dry-sweet malty caramelly roasty taste with spicy herbal notes. Light body. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dry licorice and grass aftertaste with strawy herbal notes. Also paper and tropical fruit. Unusual, but really quite good. Drinkable and full of character. (0.33l bottle, Village de la Biere, Strasbourg.)

Big white coarseish head quickly shrinks. Hazy pale yellow body with carbonation. Chemical fishy mealy aroma. Dry-acidic wheaty spicy cardamom taste with grassy notes. Mild, fizzy mouthfeel. Mid-bodied. Dry herbal lavender aftertaste with soapy chalky notes. Decent, but a bit artificial, and not exactly harmonic. (0.33l bottle, Village de la Biere, Strasbourg.)

Bottle 330ml.Clear light medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, toasted, dusty, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100111]

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and some spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and a bit of spices. Thanks yespr for sharing.
