Can 355ml (Beer Republic, BB 11/22/17)
Clear dark amber colour, small steady off-white head. A bit bready aroma with some pine and caramalt. Medium-bodied. Piney hoppyness with some fruits andresin. Crystal malty backbone. Decent bitterness but aroma has lost its charm.

355ml can [Jalapango]. Cloudy, orangey, deep golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Tropical fruity hoppy and spicy aroma, notes of mango, passion fruit, hints of papaya, a peppery spicy chili touch. Taste is initially tropical fruity hoppy, notes of mango, passion fruit, hints of papaya, a peppery spicy touch of chili, some chipotle dirty- and smokiness, later the peppery spiciness is accumulating to "hot", thereby disguising the only "warm" alcoholic touch; full body, dangerously drinkable.

Can at home, Nivala. (as Jalapango). Color is slightly murky orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Spices, paprika, some pepper, some fruits and malts. Paprika + beer = horror. Very bad drinkability

355ml can. Slightly cloudy, dark copper-ish, brown colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white to beige head. Minimally nutty, caramel malty aroma with a minimally sweaty, buttery, doughy yeasty touch. Taste is minimally nutty, caramel malty, minimally sugary and doughy yeasty; simple, monotonous, with watery passages. So-so.

Can 355ml (Beer Republic, no BB date)
My only second beer from Alabama. Deep amber colour, small beige head. Evident honey in the malty, caramelly nose. Medium-bodied. Flavour has crystal malts, some vanilla sugar and honey. Low bitterness, lacks hops. Meh.

355ml can. Clear, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy, minimally grassy hoppy aroma, a spicy touch of silage. Taste is slightly bready and minimally strawy, pale malty, mildly bitter and minimally grassy hoppy overtones. Quite earthy, lacks some fruitiness or any other refreshing quality. Meh.
