PouredFrom a 12 oz bottle it is a dark brown color with a slight head.the aroma is malty and has hints of shoe polish Taste of the Flavor of coffee. With a bitter finish.

12fl.oz. bottle from 2015 Craft Beer Advent Calendar. Pours an opaque mahogany with a medium, short lived, brown head that leaves spotty lacing. Strong coffee aroma with roasted malt and dark chocolate. Sweet flavour of roasted malt and dark chocolate with a dry, bitter coffee finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Shmupi. Clear golden. Aroma of some citric hops and butterscotch. Slightly sweetish flavor with malt, butter, some citric hops and some bitterness. Medium-bodied.
