Poured from the tap (the description says they've updated the hops with Simcoe and Motueka on top of the original Citra and Mosaic (could be a new rating version). Lightly hazed blonde gold with small white head. Belgian yeast, esters, light hopping. The hop character is a nice background characteristic, would prefer less esters though. Okay.

Poured from 473mL can (thanks Travis). Clear medium dark brown with small beige head. Lots of drip coffee, very feint fruit, was expecting something more dry and bitter, a little bit thin. If they were going for an Irish stout, the missed the mark in their marketing, but it's a decent regular stout.

Poured from 473mL can (thanks Travis). Clear blonde gold with small white head. Aroma of belgian yeast and multigrain crust. Taste is quite grainy breadcrust with feint esters in the background. Very much not a tripel in the traditional sense. Average.
