Can via Uba Ja Humal. Thin body, medium carbonation. Med-light sourness, light tartness, light minerally. Moderate quince is the center of character, little else to go on about. Good, but simple, kinda boring.

Can at Drink Baar. Medium body, medium carbonation. High bitterness, light zestiness. Hops-centered, with lots of citrusy, resiny, also slightly piney character. Med-lightly caramelly maltiness. Quite good classic one.

33cl bottle from Biiru's Christmas Calendar. Pours clear mahogany coloured without much head to speak of. Malty aroma with notes of cognac, wood, caramel and dried fruits. Sweet, malty and somewhat boozy - warming, desserty and quite pleasant. Nice sipper.

33cl bottle from Biiru's Christmas Calendar. Pours clear mahogany coloured without much mead to speak of. Sweet, fruity, vinous and somewhat boozy; raisins, port, wood and burned toffee. Sweet and warming, quite pleasant, but way to sweet for my taste.
