Bottle@Tuesday Taphouse Share, Copenhagen - Brown pour with off white head. Sweet malty aroma and taste, some sweet caramel and toffee notes, some herbal hoppy nuances, pretty watery, sweet malty finish. Meh.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange to brown with a small off white head. Aroma is breadish to toasted malty. Flat malty, light sweet, toasted. Light breadish and dry malty finish.

Caramel. Terrible syrupy stuff. Tough to stomach even on my often low standards. Shared at tasting a while back.

From a bottle at the RB DC tasting September 6. Pours a hazy gold with a feint white head. Caramel nose. Sweet sugary flavors. Oof

Bottle, totally different appearance but same brewery and same abv, so I’m guessing this is it. Clear amber color, few bubbles. Aroma of light malted milk balls. Taste is sweet bready and malty. Very sweet.

33cl bottle as a gift. Pours clear amber to caramel coloured with a decent, off-white head. Once I open the bottle I get the smell of caramel, quite massive, but fortunately is not all about caramel. Mild malty aroma with caramel, some bready and also some slightly earthy notes and hints of herbs. Sweet, but not as sweet as I feared at first, it is somehow balanced. Mild flavours, but quite pleasant to drink. Not too interesting, but quite decent brew.

Flaske fra Bulgarsk Mad i Rantzausgade, "Gubernija art drink series". Maltdrevet øl med mye karamell, brød og tørkede frukter, pluss litt rugsyrlighet. Malt- og bærsødmen blir nesten i meste laget, men i små slurker fungerte det fint som følge til utekonsert ved Vandkunsten med Nulle & Verdensorkesteret.

Flaske fra Bulgarsk Mad i Rantzausgade: lys brunrød med svært kort skum. Søt aroma av tørkede frukter og vørter. Alt for søt til at det blir en forfriskende drikk i sommervarmen på hyttealtanen. Har heldigvis andre saker i kjøleskapet.
