Bottle, Rimi supermarket, Tallinn. Somewhat hazy coppery amber, larger offwhite head, creamy and lasting. Mild biscuity nose, mild citruses, slight shampoo. Mild sweetness, gentler bitterness. Mild aftertaste, a bit metallic. Light. Surprisingly ok.

Roast, chocolate, alcohol, booze, cocoa, thick

Smell- weak malty, faint roast. Foam-thin, malt, bitter tones, weak roast. Head is medium to large, light brown in color. Sticks. Appearance- nice simple label, while capo is generic, I'll round it up. Dark brown/black in color, with no visible carbonation. From - tulip Taste - malt, roast, hops, weak bitter tones, weak roast, weak coffee remains. Bit sticky and creamy at the back, but bitter tones go over. Not for me.

Bottled 500ml. -Darker amber coloured, small off-white head, caramel and dried fruits in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, light sugary and weak dried fruits with spicy touch in the finish. Too sweet.

Bottled 500ml. -as Valmiermuiža Tumšais Alus. Amber coloured, medium sized beige head, caramel and brown sugar in the nose. Sweet malty, fruity, caramel, light nutty and brown sugar in the finish. Bit too sweet.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Bottled 500ml. -Amber coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, smoked meat in the nose. Toasted malt, caramel, smoked meat, light fruity and touch of smoked bacon in the finish.

Bottled 500ml. -Unclear golden/amberish coloured, medium sized white head, herbal and light honey nose. Sweet malty, honey, light caramel, herbal and grainy with sweet finish.

Draught@Valmiermuiza Embassy, Tallinn. Deep amber colour, mediumsized foamy beige head. Aroma is grainy, yeasty, some banana and mild rye and smoked tones. Flavour is rye, some smoke, grains, toffee and some mild grassy tones.

33cl bottle shared by Martinsh at the Latvia Day Tasting in Crewe on 18th November 2023. Black with a thin tanned head. Malty with dark berries and coffee, some chocolate notes too. Nice easy going Porter.
