The brewed and canned in Toronto version. Can LCBO. Wow Thick roasted malt, sweetness, a bit of booze, nuttiness a pastry richness. Excellent.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange color with a small cap of a little white foamy head, slow dissipation to leave subtle lace
Aroma: juicy hoppy citrusy bittersweetness, subtle saison graininess, mild grassiness
Flavor: bittersweet juiciness, some sweet grains, mild aftertaste of grassy to citrusy hops
Texture: about medium bodied, mostly a sipper, semi-grassy to grainy and citrusy finish
Overall: pretty nice DIPA bordering on being a saison which I guess this brewer was trying to do, I believe I would come back to.

(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 3 Oct 2025) Cloudy yellow colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of orange, mango, pineapple and bread. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, pine needles and a balanced citrussy/piney bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh, hoppy and juicy. Very nice.

Black with a tall tan head. Interesting mix of very dry dark malts, cocoa, light burnt notes, alongside fruity berries. Medium light body. Finish is very dry and bitter with berries on top. Kinda works. Kinda doesn’t. Interesting.

Одно из лучших сортов из серии Бьянка, радует что нету мяты перечной как во многих других. Много ягод, черника, яжевика, сладость в меру. Топ.

Pours hazy yellow. Med size, white , med stable head. Scent is buret of citrus, papaya, very dank, mild creamy malty base. Taste is full, quite bitter (pleasant surprise). Dank, citrussy, quite good, actually !
