Description

Omnipollo® is a beer production company founded by brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin in 2010 with a shared vision of changing the perception of beer — forever.

We brew a plethora of styles to explore what beer has and can become. As a joint and equal partnership between a brewer and a graphic artist our creative process has come to resemble the work shop of other pop cultural expressions such as music.

Our beers are always a collaborative effort and we brew at breweries in all corners of the world. This approach means we get to stay curious, grounded and tuned in. Much like that good house guest.

On tap at Goblet Zagreb. Hazy yellow/orange coloured, medium sized off-white head, citrusy and whiff of tropical fruits in the nose. Citrusy, floral, oaty, light tropical fruits and touch of alcohol with sweetish bitterish finish.

Can at Valhalla Prague, thx guys for sharing. Purple body, no head. Blueberry, vanilla lactose aroma. Blueberry and citrusy notes in the taste, lean, juicy, light sourness. Not bad!

0.33l can, thx Roman! Hazy pale golden body, off-white head. Pineapple, yeast and tartness in the aroma. Smooth soft yeasty taste, bit phenolic, pineapple, bit tropical, light... Weird, tastes like a decent Belgian IPA, but as an American IPA... welll.... lol...

On tap at Goblet Zagreb. Murky yellow coloured, medium sized off-white head, piney and light grassy nose. Sweet malty, tropical fruits, floral and light grassy with touch of alcohol and sweetish finish.

Can shared thanks to Maurice. Hazy yellow golden. Massive juicy hops, bitter boost, pineapple, oats, sugary, mango, zesty. Very sweet, medium bitter. Over medium bodied. Not bad.
